By profession, I am the Principal Information Researcher at SysCloud Inc.. In essence, my job is to research and design automation systems at SysCloud using algorithms, machine learning and deep learning techniques, and then build Proof-of-Concepts of these solutions. You can think of this as a convex combination of data scientist, solution architect and full-stack developer.

By passion, I am an External Research Fellow pursuing Ph.D. in Statistics under the able guidance of Prof. Ayanendranath Basu and Dr. Abhik Ghosh at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Before this, I completed B.Stat. and M.Stat. from the same institute. My doctoral thesis is about developing a fast algorithm for robust SVD and robust PCA using the minimum density power divergence, which you can access through R and Python packages.
By passion, I am an External Research Fellow pursuing Ph.D. in Statistics under the able guidance of Prof. Ayanendranath Basu and Dr. Abhik Ghosh at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Our recent paper Asymptotic Breakdown Point Analysis for a General Class of Minimum Divergence Estimators (see here) has been accepted for publication in Bernoulli.
